Mayor Christopher Cabaldon and his team have used innovative approaches and a fierce ideology of trying things rather than studying them. This approach has helped West Sacramento to be named the " most livable city in the United States ” among small cities. Despite a population of only 50,000 residents, West Sacramento has implemented many programs city leaders dream of: universal pre-kindergarten, free community college and more.
What does he credit the success with? An iterative approach and a community that’s “hungry” to do amazing things.
