It is no secret that state governments have limited resources. Although states are focusing more time and effort on cybersecurity, finding personnel and funding remains a significant obstacle. Arkansas chief information officer Yessica Jones recommends that the best way to meet this challenge is to identify dual use purpose for existing resources.
